Hi, my Roku TV screen goes black with sound. I have to turn TV off to get picture back. This happens about two to four times a day. I unplugged the TV over night and it did not work (it would be fine for about a week). I did a factory reset and it did not work. I purchased the TV a couple of months ago and it started two weeks after the setup. I also purchased two other Roku TVs and they work fine.

I'm also experiencing this error. It happens intermittently. I purchased the TV about 6-8 months ago and it is Roku TV Model #: 65R6AX with the SN: X01300LG5KE. The screen will go black, but will maintain sound, during a show or sporting event and I will have to turn the tv off and back on to get picture back .
I called Roku support. They had me do some troubleshooting. Everything they told me to do, I already did it several times. They finally agreed to send me a replacement TV. It seems like many people are experiencing the same issue.
