i have the 43’ hisense roku and for about 2 years it’s been working fine no problems at all but recently we got our at&t wifi router changed and ever since then my roku would say it’s connected to the internet but none of the apps would work, i looked through about 5 discussions of people having the same problem as me and i tried every solution and it still doesnt work, i did the secret wifi menu and reset drivers, i reset my tv about 3 times, reset the wifi connection thing, tried reconnecting to the wifi about 12 times, factory reset my tv twice. i also changed the name of our 5g and 2.4g networks so i could connect to the 2.4g network manually and it still won’t connect, i read that i had to change the channel that the wifi was using and it still won’t connect. i dont have this problem with any other device in my house. any help please?
