We understand you're having trouble with the "Add channels" feature on your Roku TV. We're happy to help.
Please try to restart your Roku TV by following the steps below. Once you have restarted your Roku TV, try again to check the "Add channel" and see if that will appear.
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote.
- Scroll and select Settings.
- Select System.
- Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
- Select System restart.
