Menu Options on Home Screen disappeared on my Roku TV

This just started happening on my existing ROKU TV as well.  When I follow the above instructions and check the "Add Channels" box, I can click and it is then checked.  If I back out the the left, it is still checked.  If I the back out to the left (or up or down) the menu moves as appropriate.  But when I come back, the selections are again unchecked.  I can no longer get the "Add Channels" shortcut on my home screen.  It does no appear to be saving my selection.  (I have another ROKU TV that works just fine)

We understand you're having trouble with the "Add channels" feature on your Roku TV. We're happy to help.

Please try to restart your Roku TV by following the steps below. Once you have restarted your Roku TV, try again to check the "Add channel" and see if that will appear.

  1. Press the Home button on your Roku remote. 
     
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select System
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System restart.

If the problem still persists, keep us posted.
