@RokuTakashi This is yet one more issue, where after obtaining all the detailed information Roku moderators ask for, there is NEVER "an update posted on this thread"! I've been observing these boards for several years, and can't recall any issue ever being addressed or solved, by users submitting the same details asked for. It seems the process involves stalling, ducking, and dodging, long enough, until eventually a system update may change something that ends the issue, or nothing happens, and it's hoped that people will just tire of wasting time & energy complaining about unfixed issues, and give up....
