I’m also having the issue with wrong channels listed in the guide. I am missing CBS (2.1) and NBC (4.1)
I am in ZIP Code 07735
I’ve tried restarting, re-scanning, changing ZIP Code.

Brand new tv and it did a update when turned on first time.
Mine was fine until something changed at the beginning of the year. it's still wrong!
how did you post the screenshot?
I was about to reply and say I’m not sure, but I think I figured it out. Definitely not intuitive.
When you go to post, you can reply, write your message and then Roku has you login when you submit. If you do it that way you cant add an Image. If you login first and then reply the picture icon will show up next to the others.
Roku how about you fix that too while you are at it???
