This could happen sometime, and our team is currently looking into this. As a workaround, try to follow the guided steps below.
- Open the Roku mobile app on their iOS or Android Phone
- In the app, while on the same wifi as the desired device, go to devices and select the Roku soundbar
- Tap Remote from the navigation bar
- Tap the Gear icon to open the Controls menu
- Tap Adjust audio delay
- Tap Get started and follow the on-screen instructions
