I am having the same issue, it happens whenever I am streaming any service. I reset the TV, it goes away for a little while then comes back eventually. I just purchased this TV in May. So I’m not to happy about this!
When can we expect the update? Been dealing with this for months now.
I am also having the same problem with the line across the top of the tv, it fixes itself when I factory reset the picture settings but when I watch The Office specifically it triggers it. I have the 43’ roku hisense smart TVs 4K hdr

Same. it has been half a year since the issue was first identified. Have had multiple updates since then and still no fix. yet they know the problem....

Were you able to install Roku OS 9.4.0?
I just got update 9.4 on my Hisense TV. Will keep you guys updated
Any update on this? It looks like a vertical alignment issue, with the top bars of the picture showing up at the bottom.
I still have this issue after installing 9.4 on my 2019 55" 6 series. In fact now when watching Plex my picture is black for 30 seconds when starting a video. Ridiculous.
But hey my picture settings work again for the first time in months without restarting...
