The issue is fixed on my TV now too. Thanks for looking into this and getting a fix out so quickly.
Is the firmware available for all Hisense Roku tvs? My Hisense ROKU TV still has the audio problem.

Hi Dan,
After the new update, my right speaker still does not work. It looks like other people here are also still having this issue.
Strange it's worked for some but not others. @RokuMaryEF will need to take your info back to the test team.

Any update?
Wow, I didn't realize this was such a widespread issue.
Here's my update and summary of what's gone on for new users.
As @AdmiralJaden pointed out, it does seem to be a firmware issue.
This was confirmed once I returned the TV I had bought and replaced it with an exact match, no questions asked from Walmart. Once I set it up and opened any app, YouTube, Spotify, HDMI input, etc. the issue came back. Completely brand new TV, right out of the box.
A few users have gone to their manufacturer and tried to warranty their TVs (as Roku Support suggested), but ran into a bunch of obstacles.
For some reason, Roku marked this as solved early on, but nothing changed for a while except new users chiming in with reports of their TVs also cropping up with issue.
Recently, Roku released a new firmware update that seems to fix the issue for some users, but not all. It looks like they have some more work ahead of them. I haven't had a chance to update my TV's firmware yet, but will update you all when I do, and let you know if it fixed my TV.
