Help setting up new tv please help me

So I just got the TV today and when I hit any buttons on my remote it just makes the noise of being clicked bur doesn't move or do anything instead I'm just stuck on the select language screen the only thing I can do is turn it on and off nothing else works I have replaced my batteries and even unplugged the tv

I did a hard reset but still want show all the apps I pay for.  Keeps buffering and kicking off.  I have high speed internet with 1T  download so there is no reason for the buffering or the no internet connection.
