I've been getting glitchy/choppy sound across all channels and apps. I've tried checking audio settings, restarting, unplugging and restarting again, and doing a factory reset and another restart. Nothing has worked. We can't use it at all because we can't make out anything that's being said.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?
