I understand your concern about your Roku Soundbar not producing any sound. Let's work together to resolve this issue! To assist you better, could you please tell me:
- When did you first notice this problem?
- What steps have you taken so far to try to fix it?
- Did you happen to see any update alert when you ran into this problem?
- Can you tell me what version of the OS your Roku TV is running?
In the meantime let's try this on your TV: Go to Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now. Once updated, do a quick System Restart.
