I bought the stream bar a few years ago go and it’s been happening ever since. But today it got worse. It sound like the sounds cutting out for like 5-8 seconds and then normal for 5-20 mins. I’ve tried new hdmi cables and resetting stream bar and made sure it’s up to date
Has anyone responded to your post yet? I am having a similar issue. Not only does the sound go in and out. The Roku streambar will stall and I will have to restart.

Since you've noted that this issue occurs exclusively on Disney+, following these steps might help resolve the issue:
Once the update is done, do a quick System Restart to refresh the system.

I did this. Will let you know if it happens again, but I will say that I have done this exact same thing before only for the issue to come back a few days later.
