Did a reset now everything plays at 60fps

I’ve had my tv now a few years its TCL model 75R615. Roku 7138X Everything has always worked fine until I accidentally restored picture settings, now everything plays at 60fps. I’ve been researching this issue and do not see any settings options on my TV for frame rate. Any help would be appreciated. If I could roll back to an older firmware I’m pretty sure that would solve the issue
