Could you please provide the following details below?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version. (These can all be found in Settings > System > About).
  • Tracker ID when this issue occurs. (When you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID).
  • A photo or video clip referring to the issue,

Once we have this information, we'll be able to forward it to the appropriate Roku team who'll investigate this issue further.

Hi, @RokuTakashi @RokuERey @ I am having the same issue. lots of crackling and buzzing especially from the right speakers.

Tried everything. Different cables, restarting, factory reset, etc. even tried a new account but nothing.

It is when the TV turns on. If the Roku is powered off when the TV turns on it makes a terrible buzzing noise regardless of channel or audio device. Sometimes you can turn the TV off and turn it on again and it's fixed. Other times you have to unplug the Roku and reboot it. It is a Roku issue. It happens with my Roku ultra. I have had many rokus and had no issue. Only the ultra
