In the past two weeks or so, we’ve had to do a factory reset no less than 4 times. Our TV will just spin and not show any channels or if it does freeze, the picture will freeze and only audio will play, or it will go black and you can still hear the show. We’ve updated it, we don’t have but a few apps, our WiFi strength is good (even the Roku system says it when we check).
