Bluetooth out of sync on app

I am listening to Roku using the headphones on the app and I notice after a while, the A/V goes out of sync.  It is fine if I am not using my wireless headphones but when I use them, the sound goes out of sync. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Re: Bluetooth out of sync on app

Hi @crazedvole,

Welcome to the Roku Community!

We noticed in your post that the audio from your wireless headphones is out of sync when you use the Roku mobile app headphone mode. We would be glad to assist you with this issue.

We suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps below and let's see if it works for you:

  1. Ensure that the latest version of the Roku mobile app is installed: How to install the Roku mobile app
  2. Open the Roku mobile app
  3. Tap Remote from the navigation bar
  4. Tap the Headphone icon to activate Headphone Mode
  5. Tap the Gear icon to open the Controls menu
  6. Tap Adjust audio delay
  7. Tap Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions

If audio remains out of sync, repeat steps 1 through 5 above, and then select Advanced adjustment to access a slider bar you can use to fine-tune synchronization.
