Since the latest update I have to restart the app each time I want to go back to the remote. If the remote stays open on my phone it will work fine but if I move to another app and then try to go back to Roku to, for example, skip opening credits on the show I’m watching, the remote is unresponsive and I have to relaunch it. Any fixes?
When the Roku Mobile App (on Android) starts to give me issues, I have found that clearing both the Cache (clear cache) and Storage (clear storage) will resolve the issues.
On Apple/iOS, if unable to clear cache and storage, may want to just uninstall, restart phone, and then reinstall app. (Of note, seeing some different issues with Apple and the mobile app currently in the forum).
