Mobile app not working at all on iPhone
The app had been working great until a few days ago. Now when I open it and choose a program, I just get an endless bar moving across the page and nothing ever happens beyond that point. I deleted the app and re-downloaded the app and it is still exactly the same. Useless.

I suspect that the Roku is no longer compatible with the latest iPhone update. What a shame. So far, they have not come forward with a fix for it. They know what iOS I’m using and I have the latest Roku version.

Again, I’m on an iPhone 13 with the latest update and latest Roku version, as I reported earlier. None of the fixes recommended on the Roku website work. Still waiting for a solution.

@UpstateNYWhile I can't guarantee this will solve the issue, its worth investing the time to installing an app similar WiFi Analyzer for Android from the App store. And once you locate and install it, you'll be able to view how many others are using the same channel/band then log into the router and choose a channel with less congestion. If you use service provider modem/router, its likely channel selection is 'auto' which often causes the problem. Manual selection tends to provide better results.
