Greetings from the Roku Community, @Rrager!
Thank you for reporting the audio issues with your Roku device. We're here to help!
We'd like to know if there's an external speaker connected to the TV. Also, when did the issue occur? Is it happening on all channels or just the Roku channel?
In the meantime, please try doing a system restart. Just head over to the Roku home screen > Settings > System > Power > System restart.
We would recommend trying to see if that resolves your issue. Please keep us posted.
Thanks,
Jharra

Hi Jharra,
Have restarted the Roku several times since sound problem began and has not resolved the issue. I do not have any external speakers attached to TV. Noticed the issue a week or so ago and only on the Roku movie channel. My second TV, that came with Roku already installed, does not have this issue.
Thanks, Rrager
Thanks for the update, @Rrager!
We'd like to take a closer look at it. Could you please let us know the title of the movie? Also, it would be helpful if you could check the OS version on your Roku device. You can do this by heading over to Settings > System > About. Thanks a bunch!
Best regards,
Jharra
