Installed RokuTV today (Hisense 6Series-58) and there's no search bar to find the apps I'm looking for (Disney+, Hulu, Max, PrimeVideo, youtube tv). Netflix and appletv are showing. Called support and after 30 minutes they sent me back to hisense (they said they only supply the hardware and this is a Roku issue). Please help!

We should also consider the location where you activated/created your Roku account. Please be informed that the Roku streaming platform is US-based and is only available in a limited number of locations outside the US.

@KGilbert, is the TV linked to the same Roku account as the other Roku device? Is the email address that's displayed under Settings->System->About the same on both devices?

Thank you! These apps work on our other Roku tv’s in the house so location is not the issue. We made sure the software was up to date, reset and unplugged the tv, Any other ideas?
