App won’t connect to TV after New network please help.

I recently got a new router after my old one kicked it and I have found myself unable to connect to my TV on any device even though they’re on the same network. I tried my mobile hotspot by hooking up my tablet and TV to it and it connected fine but it refuses to connect on the new Network. I have already tried everything like changing app permissions on the TV and Trying to use the IP connect and it still won’t work. Any help is appreciated.

I suspect it may be a setting in the router preventing Wi-Fi connected devices from communicating with each other.  What's the manufacturer and model number of the router?
