I forgot to erase the TV and need to do a factory reset to log out of all apps and services. Can i do that via the app or the website?

Unlink it from your account at https://my.roku.com . I think that will accomplish what you want, but either way, that's about all you can do.

Some channels like Netflix and Prime allow you to log out of all devices, so do that as well.
