Roku 65" TV Turns Off After a Few Seconds By Itself

Happens about once every 3 or 4 times.  Remote is untouched after turning the TV on but it powers itself off after a few seconds.  Brand new TV.  No CEC devices connected so that option is not on.

You might want to see if you can get it replaced if it is still under a return policy and/or warranty.
