I have posted before and nothing has been done.  My Roku tv starts a movie or show  than jumps back to the home screen.   I have a ROKU TV.   MODEL  WR43FX2019,   SERIAL.  X00700NKARDV,

ID SO6L40AKARDV.     S VERSION  11.0.0 build 4193-cj.    If the problem is not resolved I will have to cancel all subscriptions.    I have taken down channels and put them back up and have unplugged my internet and  Wi-Fi. And restarted them. To no avail.    Please help.     So frustrated

Thank you I was having the same problem for a week ended removing and adding apps that were crashing and that didn't help. But this did the trick.
