Same issue the TV all of a sudden one day just started turning off and turning on to the Hisense screen and then immediately turning back off. It never gets to the Roku menu to allow me to check any settings or update any firmware or software or check versions. This was completely out of the blue and there werent any storms or any known power surges and none of the other electronics or TVs in my home were affected. The TV is out of warranty but I am assuming I am on my own as far as repairing/Replacing but I have a funny feeling this is a software issue from Roku or Hisense that was pushed through a recent auto update since there are so many TVs having the same issue and they are all different sizes and types. Perhaps I am wrong, I am going to attempt to pull the board and examin to see if there are any damaged components or maybe it needs a thorough cleaining but none of the vents are clogged with dust or show any signs of blockages so we shall see. I also saw a post about the capacitors one of which could possibly have gone bad on the board so I will inspect that and if so try replacing that and then report back. Whats the worst that could happen the TV already doesnt work 😂
I cant even watch a movie because it keeps restarting. I’ve unplugged and plugged it back in I factory reset it maybe you just shouldn’t make TVs that do this. I do not like spending 20-30 minutes just watching company logos load and then hisence roku blue loading screen. It’s a bad tv made bad…. I am honestly contemplating just switching to a company that doesn’t make such bad tvs.

Highly upset with the run around I have been getting on the Hisense and Roku tv stuck-in reboot of turning in and off. Just started last weekend and now out shopping for a new tv. Will never purchase this product again. This many people have the same problem and there is no solution shame on a company to sell junk like that.
@Jarhead561 I'm right there with you. Our TV was working perfectly fine this morning no issues. Turned it off went to the store came back went to turn it on It shows the logo and then shuts right off .
The light blinks anywhere from 14 to 21 times during this boot up and then it shuts right off .
And what's crazy is this TV is maybe a year and a half old. My 4-year-old Roku TVs in every other room of my house are working perfectly fine, the only difference this one is Hisense

That's what's on my sticker
Hi Team,
I'm just reporting in with the same issue as everyone else here. Was watching YouTube after work last night and sometime after midnight, it shut itself off and I haven't been able to get it to stay on for more than a minute and that was only after holding the reset button in for 30 seconds. Now, I push the power button, I see my Roku home screen for a fe seconds and it powers itself back off. I've tried the troubleshooting with the remote. I've unplugged all external devices (gaming system, etc.).

Note: We have other TV's with Roku boxes and none of them seem to have been affected by the last update. Just the Hisense TV.
Cheers.
