39” insignia Roku TV we will not connect to network

I have a 39 inch insignia Roku TV. I’ve had it for several years and this morning decided to reset the connection and the TV. After doing so the TV will connect to the Internet but all of the apps will not update or connect to the Internet. It says it’s an Network Error.  Although Roku is connected to the Internet and shows a good connection status. I’ve reset the connection twice and hard reset the TV twice and it continues to show a network error for all apps. Does Roku not support insignia TV is anymore? How do I get apps to work?

If you're using a router supplied by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) it's not unusual for them to make a change behind your back that impacts Roku devices.  To rule out some kind of network problem, do you have an alternate network you can connect to like a phone's hotspot just to test?

Can't believe I just saw this post. My 39" Insignia just did the same thing. I did not reset anything before the issue started. It just won't connect. All of my other devices work fine and I have a strong connection.

Mine is doing the same thing…. I believe it’s related to the issue in the post with ‘12/8 update’ in the title
