Is there a way to remove an icon from the home screen of channels that you don't have a subscription to or have unsubscribed to?

Hi @hillside,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
Yes, you can remove channels on your home screen that you're no longer accessing.
Here's how to proceed...
- Go to the home screen on your Roku TV or Roku device.
- Use the arrow buttons on the remote to find the channel or app you want to delete.
- Open the channel details by pressing the star (*) button on your remote.
- Tap on Remove channel from the list of options and confirm the removal.
Please note that if the channel you want to remove has an active subscription, you may need to take additional steps to cancel it. You can find more information on how to do this by visiting the support page on How to turn off auto-renew and cancel a subscription.
I hope this information has been helpful to you. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Re: unused icons on home screen
Highlight the channel on the home screen but don't click on it.
Press the * button on your Roku remote.
Click on Remove Channel.

Re: unused icons on home screen
I needed that. I just hooked up my Roku from 3 years ago. I deleted a bunch of old channels that were no longer part of the Roku family. Worked like a charm and the Roku stick is lightning fast compared to that other conglomerate's version of a streaming stick.
