Why can't I add this app (version 1.0.20240207) to my home screen? Is it something the developer neglected to bake into the app? What needs to happen in order for me to be able to get this app launched as soon as possible after turning on my Roku Streaming Stick (3800 series) ?

If you search for "12 hour" within the "Streaming Store" on the stick and then select the app, do you get the option to "Open app"? If so, try the instructions here:
