Thanks for letting us know about the streaming issue you've encountered on your Roku device. We'd be happy to assist you and help you get back on streaming.
Before proceeding, we'd like to assess your concern better and it would be great if you could provide us with additional information such as follows:
- When did you start seeing this issue occur?
- Did your Roku streaming stick recently receive any software update prior to this happening that might have triggered this issue?
- Do you have a spare physical Roku remote that we can try to see if you can pair it to the affected device and check if we can navigate to your Home screen?
In the meantime, kindly troubleshoot your remote by following the steps below to help you fix your voice remote:
If your voice remote uses standard batteries, use the following steps to replace the batteries in your voice remote with a new matching pair.
- Locate a new matching pair of batteries
- Remove the battery cover on the back of your remote
- Remove both batteries from the battery compartment
- Insert the negative (-) end of the new battery and then gently push the positive (+) end until the battery clicks into place
- Repeat the previous step to install the second battery
- Put the battery cover back on your remote
