Is this fixable or do I just have to get a new tv? I've tried so many different things. I barely had this tv for a year literally 3 weeks ago the warranty expired
I would suggest reaching out to the manufacture of the TV, since it sounds like a defective TV. Since you don't list what brand I can't say who to contact, but some manufacturers may cut you a break since you are barely out of warranty.

Based on what I was able to pull up online, this seems like a common issue with Onn brand TVs. I suggest reaching out to Onn customer support directly to see if they can help, but it sounds like you have a bad board or screen on the TV.
You can try unplugging it for a minute or changing the HDMI cable if you haven't already and see if that helps.
