If you are experiencing an issue and receiving an error message of "Could not be run because it could not be re-installed from the network, please check the network and try again", please help us with the required details below for us to send additional information for the investigation to our engineering team:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found by selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-what are you seeing on screen? Can you provide a screenshot of the issue or error message
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

I have been reading and trying all the suggestions...no luck. I try all the things everyday, hoping it will eventually update....no luck. I already sent in all the info on my Roku and system I just watch FRNDLY TV on the bedroom TV and it won't load. I chatted with someone at FRNDLY and they couldn't help. It is a problem with the os11.0 update..that happened around Apr 29 or 20? Can you do something to help? Please

Hi, I see a new update was able to install today but it hasn't solved the problem. Still no channels are running.

MINE HAS BEEN SINCE UPDATE UPTIME 3 DAYS AGO
I have tried to run the new update 3 times today....still errands and can't do anything. Still get the error.
I tried the list of things - turn off then on, clear channel and add back, Home 5 time FF 3 Times etc, nothing works. My tv and roku was purchased new in Feb....only had both for 2 full months. Sad can't get nothing to play using the roku.

I checked system update today, clicked 'update' expecting it not to work then went out of the room. Came back and it was updating to a new build. However, the new build did not solve the problem. I'll check again tomorrow.
