I am also having this issue with Discovery Plus.  It lets me go into the shows I want to watch and then when I hit play, it just stalls out.  This had better be fixed quick or else I'm going to cancel my subscription and ask for July's payment back.

Hi @pro4man @wsaldrich,

Thanks for keeping us posted!

We understand that you're having a problem with Disney+. Help is here. Is the issue happening on all content or channels, or is it isolated to one content or channel? Please follow these steps:

  • Remove the channel: Highlight the channel tile on your home screen and press Star to open the Options menu. Select Remove channel and confirm.
  • Restart your Roku device: Press home on your Roku remote, select settings, select system, and system restart.
  • Re-install the channel: Scroll down to search, put the name of the channel or app, highlight the channel, and select add channel.

If the problem still persists, please keep us posted on what you find out!
All the best,

John
