Some channels you only have access to on Roku because you pay for them as part of a subscription to another "TV provider" service, such as a cable or satellite account. You must authenticate that your are paying for the channel by entering your credentials for that TV provider, usually your email and password for that TV provider account.
Some such channels will ask you to re-authenticate every so often to make sure your TV provider account is still active. Where you do this for any particular channel depends on how the channel programmed its channel app. It often is one of the options found in a section named "Settings", "Options", "Account" or something similar. In some cases you may need to sign out of the app first, then sign back in and enter your credentials for that TV provider.
