Why won’t shows play on my computer when I want to watch shows on my computer on the Roku channel?

Oh my gosh - it worked!  Thank you so much.  I don't know exactly what I did wrong, but I may have gone to roku.com instead of TheRokuChannel.com.

Anyway, thanks again:))
