I have a similar problem on all Netflix shows. A voice describes some of the action most of the time. It is not the Screen reader.
Hi @allcurls69,
Thanks for the update.
In this case, we recommend contacting Netflix directly to follow up for more help. They’ll be able to best assist with any issues and functionality inquiries. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.
You may reach them here: Netflix Help Center
We appreciate you again posting in Roku Community.
Best regards,

Hi @allcurls69,
Congrats on your first post in the Roku Community!
We can certainly understand your concern that you want to turn off the narration of what is happening on your Roku device. I will do my best to assist you with your inquiry.
If the narration only happens to Netflix, we suggest during playback you can try pressing the * button on your remote. A menu will open on the screen, then change to an alternative track.
Does this resolve the issue and allow you to hear the audio narration? Please keep us posted.
Best regards,
Mary
HI Mary,
Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately, that does not solve the problem. Any other suggestions?
Regards,
Ben
