After recent Viki updated the site would not load and kick back to Home screen. System reset did not fix it.
I had to do a Factory Reset on my (4K Roku Box) and go thru the few setup questions and it worked first try. Also added the mobile app to my phone at this time. All my account and show history was still present for Viki site including subscription info.
