This is the same issue I had, addressed on another thread but not resolved. In fact, I exchanged my Roku Ultra for a new one and got the same flashing bars. The components I'm using it with are a Sony Bravia TV and a Denon A/V receiver.

We'd like to look closely into this, could you send us a photo or clip of the said display issue? What steps have you taken so far? Have you tried performing a system restart on your device? How about plugging it into a different TV?

Hi. I've already been through this: reinstall, photos of the problem, ID code, etc. It's all in this thread:
I never got any more replies so I initiated an exchange. Yet the problem persists. If you have any more ideas not already addressed in the above thread then I'd like to know. But I don't want to go in circles with this. I may have to try a different brand.
I am having the exact same issue on 2022 ultra. Denon AVR / Sony Bravia.
what is Roku doing to address this issue?
