I have an active Max account through Roku but Max doesnt recognize it
My Roku account says Max is active until August 2025, but when I try to log in to Max, they don't recognize my account.
I can't seem to find a human to help.

Your Max account is with Roku, not Max. Try accessing through THE ROKU CHANNEL.
