My parents are unable to watch shows on the VIX app, I have restarted the device and tried to login but it is giving an error message that there is an issue with my account but I am able to login via my laptop and there is no issues with any other streaming app on that Roku.

Cannot remove app, due to roku still see app as active
Did you get ViX working ? Mine loads but doesn't play anything and just freezes ...
