So if you try to watch one of the live channels it will show you a pink screen with Russian text that says to continue watching you need to pay a subscription, whoever ran the channel decided it is no longer free

Thank you for your response, although it was obviously cut-and-paste since it doesn't address the issue and offers no solution. Subscription or not, this is at best a dummy company, and at worst an attempt to defraud Roku customers.
Please report this channel as suspicious so Roku can avoid the risk and clean up its offerings. The optics on a company that allows this kind of mistake to happen on its watch is not one that customers tend to trust with their money.

Thank you for your prompt response.
The problem isn't the content of VGKTV. The problem is, Roku is hosting a channel that is suspicious and nonfunctioning.
I find it hard to believe that Roku allows any bogus company to just latch onto its programming display and engage Roku's customers with a nonfunctioning product.
This issue won't be resolved until Roku takes VGKTV off of its offering screen.

I have the exact same issue on every show I try to bring up on that channel. Loads to 13% and no further, just keeps spinning!

Kindly try to perform the correct sequence to reboot this channel by removing the channel, restarting the device, and adding the channel. You can also try to check for the channel's update by clicking the star button on your remote; alternatively, since we do not see a direct subscription through Roku on your account, we recommend that you reach out to the provider directly if none of the troubleshooting steps work as they may be able to help.

Won't launch at all can't even remove the app. Did everything . All other app work fine. I hate to reset the the TV

May we ask if you directly subscribed to this channel or was it via Roku? Also, since performing a reboot on the channel is necessary to check if this was just a temporary glitch, removing the channel and adding it back may be needed. If there were no options given to do so on your device, there are other alternative options to remove the channel. You can check it out here.
