For some reason on my Roku device YouTube videos only have a black screen and no audio even the ads. Every other part of the app works. I have tried reinstalling the app and changing the video resolution, but that doesn’t work. Every other app I use in there works fine. YouTube also works perfectly fine on several other devices even when streamed to the tv from those devices, it’s just the YouTube Roku app itself. I’m not sure what to do so I was hoping someone here could help me.
Also everything is securely plugged in and my tv is completely functional

Could you please let us know if you have tried the troubleshooting steps outlined previously? Additionally, is this the only channel you are experiencing audio issues with? Also, do you have any external speakers connected to your TV?
