We appreciate you reporting the issue you are experiencing when streaming the NESN channel. Do you receive an error message or code? Does the issue only occur on this specific channel or all channels on your Roku device?
If the channel that you want to remove has an active subscription, it must first be canceled before it can be removed from your Roku device. Note: If a subscription is cancelled before the end of the billing cycle, you can continue to access the channel until the current billing cycle ends.
When removing a channel, make sure to restart your Roku device before adding the channel back again to ensure a clean channel install. We also suggest doing the restart from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart.
