It's also happening for us. It just says "Uh-oh. An error occurred, bur we're working on fixing it. We'll be up and streaming shortly!" when we open the Paramount+ channel on our roku tv. We need answers!

This only happens with the paramountplus standalone ap on my Roku tv. Ap.works.fine on my fire tv.and.fire stick on other devices.

One additional suggestion we would like for you to try by performing a system update. You can check for a manual system update by navigating to Home > Settings > System > System update > Check now. and see if you notice any difference.
