Tv works fine but screen is blacked out. No picture will flicker when resetting then black out with sound working properly.

TV is black when turned on.  we did a soft reset and even unplugged and held the power button for two minutes, still black screen no display.  even pressed the reset button on back with a pin.  not working we have a TCL 43-inch 4K UHD Smart LED TV - 43S435, 2021 Model.  not sure if it is the led inside unit, which others have suggested.  any advice since the warranty is over a year.
