Hi everyone! I'm having an annoying problem! My Express device keeps messing up, the "restart" stopped working, so I resorted to rebooting the device.
When I did that, I had to start from scratch and now I can't find the "LiveTV" channel that carries the show called "Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction" ... I know it's on a "Filmrise" channel but even though I did the Search, I can't find it on the "Live TV" app; the Search took me to the Filmrise app itself and the show IS available BUT to watch it, it keeps having commercial breaks of 7 or more commercials each time and I'm ready to scream! Yes there's commercials on the "Live TV" app but not 7+ in a row, y'know?
On a side note, it's frustrating beyond belief that even though I contacted Roku for exchange information, nothing got accomplished; the rep called while I was on the toilet, I don't talk on the phone at that time, and I repeatedly called THEM back to resolve the problem but nobody returned my calls. Don't understand what's so special or secretive about the Express streaming device that I can't bring it back to BestBuy with my receipt but nooOOOooo, I gotta have a code from Roku -and they won't respond and give me one!

Roku’s own search only reports from channels which provide the data to them. Many do not.
