Channels & viewing

My so. Is trying to subscribe to the Ciao Italia TV channel on his Roku tv (app or Roku.com). We download the app but then get message he needs to subscribe to the channel but there is NO way to subscribe. We have this channel on our home account and had no trouble adding or subscribing. Help, please.

For more information about that channel's features and functionality, you'll want to contact the channel provider support directly to inquire further. Many channels on Roku are developed and maintained by the channel provider themselves.

Their website seems to be dead.

Also having the same issue. There's no way to subscribe within the app. Tried contacting but no reply. Can Roku not contact them and get more information?
