I subscribed to This Old House Insider directly on the This Old House website.  I downloaded the app from the Roku Streaming Store.  I can’t log into the app using my existing credentials however.  All it will let me do is create a new account, provide me a 7 day free trial, and then charge me. I don’t want two accounts. Please help!

I loaded this app, and the UI seems a little buggy to me. When I first load it, a menu comes up on the left and quickly disappears. I would expect the left arrow to bring it back, but the first time I load the app, it doesn't. But then if I press the right after after that left - THEN it comes up. After the first time, then it seems more "normal" and comes up whenever I expect it to, by just going left.

Once up, on the left you'll see sign-in and sign-up. You'll choose sign-in. I could get that far, but I have no account so I stopped there.
