Anybody purchase the annual subscription with the impression you are going to receive all PPV event at not extra charge or certainly not at the $79.99 price. What would be the point of the annual subscription if you don't get access to the PPV. Very frustrating as I am missing UFC309 and feel I have been swindle out of $134.98!!! Bunch of misleading marketing!!
I don't think anyone has accused ESPN of not liking money. But in any case, on their subscription pages I see:
Pay-Per-View
If you have an active ESPN+ subscription, you can purchase live UFC PPV events for $79.99 per event.
If you are a new or monthly ESPN+ subscriber, you can purchase the PPV package for $134.98, which includes:
An annual subscription to ESPN+
Access to the next UFC PPV event
That seems to agree with the pricing you've listed.
I looked up the same info. That $134.98 purchase gets you one year's subscription to ESPN+ and for that price it includes access to your next UFC PPV event. Note: it does not say "free" it says "access".
An annual subscription is normally $119.99, so you're getting your first PPV for $14.99 instead of $79.99, thus saving you $65.00.
