Third time now – Roku Channel content doesn't load or play.

Once again, the content on the Roku channel doesn't work. Loads to 99% and stays there. Screen is black. This is the third time now this has happened. Months have gone by where it has worked nicely. It's a TCL Roku TV, but I won't be posting specs or IP addresses or anything else.

As much as I like Roku, this is clearly a problem on their end, as I've done nothing new except wake up and turn on the TV again.

Figure it out, Roku This is the number one "give me a list of cons for why I shouldn't get Roku" when someone asks me.  Your random outages that you still can't explain.

We're sorry to hear that the issue persists. We would like to know how to identify and resolve any playback issues. Just to verify, are you being prompted with an error message? In addition, what troubleshooting steps have you taken to try to resolve the issue? If you see something different, can you please let us know what you are seeing?
