Strange graphic patterns when at Home.

Only on the Home setting getting multicolored geometric patterns instead of pictures in the channel boxes.

I bought a new TV thinking that was it but it happens on the new onw too.

To better understand this concern, kindly provide us with the following information:

  • When did you start having this issue?
  • What specific Roku device is this? (Go to Settings > System > About.)
  • A photo of the "pattern" you're referring to.

Additionally, kindly perform the following steps below to check if they will help with the issue:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select System.
  4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
  5. Select System Restart.
